CUF Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of all Complete Ultimate Fitness LLC (hereinafter “The Agency”) training sessions and/or consultations for Personal Training.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with Complete Ultimate Fitness LLC and its servants, agents, or employees.
Your agreement with us is made up of your completed and signed agreement form. These documents together form a legal agreement between us, so please make sure that you read them carefully and understand them. Purchasing Sessions and Bookings
Session purchases can only be made on-line only via the Cuflife.net website or a phone operator via 1-833-366-9990.
Session bookings must be made through Cuflife.net or with the operator who will contact you.
When you purchase your session, you will be assigned one or more training coaches based on times and availability. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your purchase and we will inform you if we are able to accommodate your request or, alternatively, to discuss your personal goals and to allocate a training coach.
All sessions purchased within a single plan must be conducted at the same location.
Plans shall not be subleased or sold to third parties. Violations will result in cancellation and no refunds will be given.

Payments
All payments must be made in full via Cuflife.net.
All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken.
When you purchase online, you should retain a copy of this agreement, the terms and conditions and receipt for any payment of session purchases you make.

Session Cancellations
If the Agency fails to give you 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation, you will be entitled to 1 extra session of Training, in addition to the session you missed.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any Training sessions. This can be made directly through Cuflife.net or by contacting an operator via 1-833-366-9990. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you.
Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and the Agency.

Cancellation of Ongoing Training
Cancellation of plans will only be allowed within the first 10 days of your contract. If you choose to cancel prior to utilizing all purchased classes for the month, your unused classes will be refunded at the purchased price. If your original purchase was made for a discounted bulk package, your discount will be voided and the used classes will be charged at full price.
Cancellation requests will not be processed or refunded after the month has completed. You may only cancel the month that you are currently paying for.
If you wish to cancel your ongoing training for the following month, just contact us via Cuflife.net or call 1-833-366-9990 to avoid any further charges.

Tardiness
If your training coach is more than 15 minutes late for your session you will be entitled to a complimentary session, along with any remaining time you still have for that session.
If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your training coach may choose to cancel the session and you may lose that session, in which case no refund will be made.

Expiry
All Training plans purchase options have a 30 day expiry, after which time any unused sessions (except 1 rollover into following month, if purchased) will be lost and no refund will be made. This is to ensure we deliver all your required sessions to enable you to achieve your goals.
To extend your training plans you must contact us via Cuflife.net or 1-833-366-9990.

Training Coach
If for any reason you are unhappy with your training coach, you may transfer to another training coach at any given time.
In all circumstances, any sessions used with the previous training coach remain used.
Your training coach cannot prescribe treatment or diagnose medical conditions.

Refunds
If you choose to cancel, without reason, prior to utilizing all purchased classes for the month, there will be no refunds unless authorized by the director. In that case, your unused classes will be refunded at the purchased price. If your original purchase was made for a discounted bulk package, your discount will be voided and the used classes will be charged at full price.
If your training coach leaves our agency, no refund will be given and you will be assigned another training coach by the agency.
Any other refunds are at the discretion of the agency’s director.
